Tarlac State University (TSU) reaffirmed its commitment to excellence in public service after receiving zero negative feedback for its service delivery from January to December 2024 per the performance report from the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) on March 14.

The CCB serves as the Civil Service Commission’s public feedback mechanism, offering accessible channels for citizens to raise concerns about government frontline services.

Established under Republic Act No. 9485, or the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, and further strengthened by Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, the CCB is a mandated component of the Citizen’s Charter in all government agencies as part of their complaints and feedback system.

Moreover, the CCB was also identified as a key tool in monitoring and resolving citizen reports by the Philippine Development Plan 2023–2028, as it supports the enhancement of public feedback mechanisms nationwide, contributing to improved government transparency, accountability, and public trust.

With the recognition received, the TSU administration expressed its gratitude to all employees delivering frontline services to its stakeholders.

Furthermore, the university also committed to sustaining quality service delivery and strengthening efforts toward public service excellence in the years to come. (mjbm-OPA)
